Stranger #4: Phil, owner of historic VW van.
I drove into work the other day to find Phil, sitting inside of his van, cleaning off some cement smoothing equipment. The moment I saw it, I knew I had to photograph him.
I chatted with him for a while too. Found out this van had 3 owners, one of which actually followed the Grateful Dead. Overall, nice guy and interesting story.
